By accessing or using JK Digital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
JK Digital provides web design and development services for doctors and medical clinics in India. Our services include website design, development, hosting setup, and related digital services as agreed upon in writing between both parties.
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before work begins
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
3. Project Delivery
We aim to deliver completed websites within the timeframe agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays caused by the client (e.g. late provision of content, images, or feedback) may extend delivery timelines without penalty to JK Digital.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide to us
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content specific to your clinic. JK Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at project start. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately at our standard hourly rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
JK Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration under Indian law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
